FastFix Locksmith Brisbane provides mobile locksmith services including but not limited to emergency lockout assistance, lock changes, rekeying, lock installation, and commercial and residential security services, across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.
We aim to provide upfront pricing before commencing work wherever possible. Final pricing may vary based on the specific circumstances of the job discovered on-site, such as additional hardware requirements or unexpected complications. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
While we aim to reach most jobs within our advertised average response time, actual arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions, your exact location, and current demand for our services. We will communicate any expected delays where possible.
FastFix Locksmith Brisbane operates under a valid Queensland security licence and maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our locksmith services.
Workmanship on installations and repairs is covered by our warranty. Hardware supplied is covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to us using the contact details below.
To the extent permitted by law, FastFix Locksmith Brisbane's liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, locks, or hardware identified during the course of a job.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to accommodate reasonable schedule changes wherever we can.
